Returning Merchandise — Terms & Conditions

Please review all Terms and Conditions before placing an order or requesting a Return Authorization.

• Inspect all products immediately upon delivery, even if you don’t plan to use them right away.

• Keep all original packaging until your items have been inspected.

• If a Return Authorization is needed, please follow the Return Authorization Procedure at the bottom of this page.

• Decorative Decoys cannot accept responsibility for items returned without an approved Return Authorization.

Return Policy

Defective Items

If an item is defective, we will replace it.

If the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the defective product.

New/Unused Items

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Orders older than 30 days will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis. Eligible items may be exchanged or refunded.

General Return Guidelines

• All non‑defective items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only.

• Items incorrectly advertised may be returned in new/unused condition.

• Defective items may be replaced or exchanged; refunds are not issued for defective items.

• To start a return, simply request a Return Authorization using the email listed in the Return Authorization Procedure section below.

• Customer‑purchased shipping labels are not refundable.

• Original shipping charges are not refundable or creditable.

• Decorative Decoys is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit. Carrier‑provided insurance is strongly recommended.

• Shipping fees for addresses outside the contiguous 48 states are non‑refundable, non‑creditable, and not waived for Orders, Returns, Exchanges, or Warranty requests.

Return Authorization (RA) Procedure

A Return Authorization (RA) request must be initiated by email.

• Returning products should be clean and dry.

• Include your Order Number and the reason for return in your email to: decorativedecoys@outlook.com
